Our commitment, as part of Hamilton Park, is to provide our residents and their families with a guarantee that we will deliver quality care and attention to all your needs. The staff of Hamilton Park constantly review the Service provided, and we encourage our residents, relatives and all visitors to our facilities to comment on our care and provide suggestions for improvement. Our aim is to focus on you, our Resident and provide you with high — quality services delivered with respect and dignity. We are dedicated to making your experience at Hamilton Park one that you will enjoy — and that you will share with your family and friends.

Visiting Arrangements

At Hamilton Park, we recognise that visiting is an important part of the recovery/convalescent process and we encourage families/friends to provide assistance with this approach. Visiting times are open but, we do encourage visitors to be aware of other residents and to avoid late or early visiting.

We would welcome the visits of your children as they provide memories and delight to other elderly residents — however, as we do have seriously ill people with us, we would ask you to supervise them during the visit.

Spiritual/Cultural Needs

Hamilton Park will make every effort to accommodate and support the individual spiritual and cultural needs of residents. Local clergy of various denominations regularly visit and any person wishing to attend a church service will be accommodated. For further information, please contact us on 01 6903190
