Skype Call Bookings

Dear Family Members, 

In line with our Covid-19 contingency plan, Hamilton Park Care Facility remain steadfast in keeping our Resident’s safety and well-being. Due to the limitations on visitations to the facility, we would like to inform all of you that we have arranged an audio/video conferencing (Skype Call Service) to talk with your loved ones.  To avail of this service please follow the instructions below.

Please read the following instructions carefully before booking your call.

  • All calls are for 10 minutes maximum as we need time to carefully sanitise our devices to prepare for our next call.

  • Please do not block book calls. Only one call per day, and no more than 2 active bookings at any given time.  Any further bookings will have to be cancelled as we have many Resident's who wish to avail of this service.

  • Please make sure you're available to accept the call on time. We will call you. Incoming calls will not be accepted.

  • Bookings can be made no less than 24 hours in advance. This is to help our staff prepare.

  • Please take note of the name of the unit you wish to contact.

  • Please choose the unit and the time slot carefully as they cannot be changed once booked.

  • Please fill out the booking form carefully with accurate information including your full name, the phone number and email address that you use for Skype and the full name of the Resident you wish to contact.

  • In the case of cancellation, please give at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid disappointment. 

  • Please note: while every effort will be made to ensure all calls booked will take place, changes or cancellations may occur due to situations beyond our control.
