Hamilton Park Care Facility provides the care you need, when you need it.

 

Rehabilitation and Convalescent Care is provided by Hamilton Park in a comfortable, quiet and homely environment.

Illness and/or surgery can greatly affect a person’s everyday life, even when on the road to recovery. Hamilton Park Care Facility encourages Residents to recover at their own pace in a comfortable,  peaceful and homely environment with 24/hour care and attention. Resident’s can rebuild their strength and confidence while preparing to return to their normal life. Our goal is to achieve the best possible results in the shortest time possible to allow them to return home and enjoy the maximum quality of life.

Due to limited access to HSE services Hamilton Park Care Facility has employed/contracted services from professionally registered and supervised therapists to enhance our Resident’s time residing in the Centre and to maximise their rehabilitation potential.  

​

In order to enable our Residents to fulfil  their personal and spiritual needs, and engage in social activities and hobbies, the following services and activities are available within Hamilton Park Care Facility:

 

• Medical, Nursing and Therapeutic support

• Fall Prevention Program

• Post Cardiac surgery

• Orthopaedics 

• Pulmonary Rehabilitation

• Specialised and Individual care plans to help Resident’s regain strength, confidence and independence

 

We also facilitate access to a dietetic, speech and language therapy, psychologist & chiropody services in accordance with Residents assessed needs. Additional specialist services that can be accessed for Residents include dental, ophthalmology and audiology services.

Other services are accessed through the Health Services Executive (limited service provided) or on a private basis. Access to any of these services on a private basis can be arranged for Residents.
